If you are looking for a great competitive swim team program, look no further — H.E.S. is the place. The H.E.S. Hurricanes has it all — talented swimmers, a professional coaching staff, and a fantastic training environment.

The team meets for practice four to six times a week, where the emphasis is heavily placed on perfecting strokes, building strength and endurance, and increasing speed. All swimmers are registered with the United States Swimming Association, and regularly compete against other teams in the tri-state area.

The H.E.S. Hurricanes is a small, but very powerful team. Our coaches devote individualized attention to each swimmer, and aid in setting and achieving personal goals. Our swimmers work hard to improve their results in order to qualify for such competitive swimming events as the Silvers, the Junior Olympics, and the Zones. We are proud to have swimmers who currently rank in the top 10 in their age group in the Northeast region.

The H.E.S. Hurricanes also act as a positive example for the swimmers in our H.E.S. Learn to Swim Program and the Junior Swim Team. The youngsters always look up to the senior swimmers, and see them as role models.

The swim team staff encourages positive behavior. Our swimmers develop into mature, responsible, dedicated, and achievement driven individuals.
