Join the H.E.S. Fitness Club. The state of the art swimming pool, newly upgraded fitness equipment, hardwood gymnasium floors and temperature controlled facility make this fitness club an ideal place to enjoy your workout.

Our fitness club offers our members convenient hours of operation, women only, men only and co-ed hours in the swimming pool as well as the use of our sauna.  Handball, paddleball courts, basketball, volleyball courts, professional and caring staff, and much more await you at our club.

Club members also receive additional discounts on other services and programs offered at the H.E.S.  Our family packages are  not only affordable, but offer great value and service for the entire family.  Each membership is valid for one year from the day you sign up.  Babysitting services are also available upon request.
