2020-2021 School Year

Welcome to the start of a new year, we are excited to have your children back in our building for a year of engagement, growth, exploration, and of course, FUN!
To make the enrollment process smooth and efficient, please adhere to the following instructions: 
  1. In order to be officially accepted by our program, all families must submit an application for enrollment online at www.myschools.nyc.
    After submitting your application, you will receive an official offer letter. You must accept the offer by the due date or the H.E.S. cannot guarantee a seat will be reserved for your child. 
  2. If you received and accepted an offer, you will be asked to submit the proper documentation needed to begin your child’s enrollment. You will receive an email from the H.E.S. on or before the first week in August with all the necessary documents.
  3. If you register past the deadline,  your child will be placed on a waiting list. You will receive a call from the H.E.S. Early Childhood staff if space is available, but there are no guarantees.
  4. In addition, if you are a family that has an active ACS or HRA voucher, and was offered a seat, please contact us directly as the information needed to process your application will require more documentation. 
If you do not have a voucher and would like to apply once you received an offer for a 3K or PRE-K seat please complete this short survey and one of the H.E.S. Early Childhood staff members will contact you shortly.
