HOW TO REGISTER

SAVE TIME AND REGISTER ONLINE FOR ALL YOUR H.E.S. PROGRAMS TODAY

FOLLOW THE STEPS OUTLINED BELOW

 

 

I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT

  • STEP 1: Log on to www.thehes.org and click the lock on the top right corner.
  • STEP 2: Enter your email address and password If you have forgotten your password simply click forgot password to re-set.
  • STEP 3: Click PROGRAM SEARCH in the top right corner. 
  • STEP 4: Select your H.E.S. PROGRAM.
  • * If more than one user is associated with your account ensure you are registering the correct user
  • STEP 5: Read and sign any and all program waivers.
  • STEP 6: Select your method and remit payment.

 

 

I AM AN H.E.S. PARTICIPANT BUT HAVE NOT YET SET-UP MY ONLINE ACCOUNT 

  • STEP 1: Log on to www.thehes.org and click the lock on the top right corner.
  • STEP 2: Enter the information of the Primary Member on the account.
  • STEP 3: Enter the email address associated with the account.
  • STEP 4: Follow the instructions sent to your email in order to log-in and create a password.
  • STEP 5: Go to STEP 4 of I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT.

 

I AM BRAND NEW TO THE H.E.S.

  • STEP 1: Log on to www.thehes.org and click the lock on the top right corner.

  • STEP 2: To sign up for PROGRAMS ONLY, select the ACTIVITY MEMBERSHIP – last option at the bottom of the list.

  • STEP 3: Enter email & create a password. Enter YOUR information and click next.

    *The primary account holder must be over the age of 18.
  • STEP 4: Add any additional adults or children for whom you will be registering. Choose the age group, enter their information, and click NEXT.

  • STEP 6: Click COMPLETE REGISTRATION and you can now register for programs!

  • STEP 7: go to STEP 4 of I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT.
