We Care For Your Children As If They Were Our Own

The H.E.S. Early Childhood Center fosters a climate of trust, belonging and collaboration in which children, families and staff all feel included.

To do this, the H.E.S. facilitates individualized learning support, and engages in on-going supportive communication with every child’s family regarding their strengths, areas of concern, overall interests.

Our fully licensed Early Childhood Center, designed for ages 2.5-5  is a safe and caring environment where children develop a positive self-image. Activities encourage children to develop academic & personal skills at their own pace, in a warm and motivating atmosphere. Our staff works with qualified professionals who assess and provide support for any child’s challenges.

EARLY CHILDHOOD CAMP

The H.E.S. has been serving the community for over 100 years.  Our Early Childhood center aims to provide the highest quality of early childhood education and care for your children, even through the summer!

Our summer camp program is designed to keep children active and motivated, while striving to offer a positive camp experience.

We view parents as critical partners in supporting children’s optimal development while their children are in our care. Through our committed parent-teacher partnership, we have designed a fun, creative and enriching environment, with a wide array of programs specifically designed for their age and developmental level, such as dance, music, arts and crafts and swim.

For more information on fees and program details, please contact Early Childhood Assistant Director Raymona Pittman at (718) 241-3000, ext. 119
