VACATION PROGRAM

School may be out but the H.E.S. is still here for you! For school holidays or vacation days, children can join us at the H.E.S. for a full day of sports, dance, arts and crafts, STEM, and so much more.  Lunch is provided daily. 

Ages 4 to 14

Monday – Friday: 8 am – 6 pm

• Mon, Dec 29 – Thu, Dec 31 (Winter Recess)
• Fri, Jan 2 (Vacation Program)
• Tue, Feb 17 – Fri, Feb 20 (President’s Week)
• Mon, Mar 20 (Eid al-Fitr) 
• Mon, Apr 6 – Tue, Apr 7 (Vacation Program)
• Fri, Apr 10 (Vacation Program)
• Wed, May 27 Eid al-Adha
• Thu, Jun 4 – Fri Jun 5 (Anniversary Day/ Vacation Program)
• Fri, Jun 19 (Juneteenth)

A valid health exam form is required to attend the H.E.S. Vacation Program. 

In addition to the health exam form, there are also required H.E.S. documents; All must be submitted prior to your child’s attendance in the program.
