Competitive Sports Teams
H.E.S. is home to athletes of all ages. Whatever your choice of program is, you can be sure that your child will be in hands of talented, caring professionals who will transform your child into a stronger, more skilled and coordinated individual with a new understanding of team work, desire, self-respect and the will to succeed.
Basketball Teams
H.E.S AstrosAges: 9u, 11u, 13u
The Astros compete year round in AAU Tournaments & Leagues across the tri-state area.
New participants must schedule a try out for the team.
Swimming Team
H.E.S. HurricanesAges: 7-18
The Hurricanes, a USA Swimming partner, compete year round both short and long course seasons across the tri-state area.
Our swimmers qualify for various championship meets including Silvers, Junior Olympics and Eastern Zone Competition.
New participants must schedule a try out for the team.
Martial Arts Team
Ages: 6-18
The H.E.S. Karate Team competes year round at various tournaments in the tri-state area including: Sparring, Kata, Self Defense and Weapons.
All levels are welcome to try out. New participants must schedule a tryout.
